Having worked in the Human Resources Industry for over 12 years, interfacing with consultants during her stint, our founder and chief executive officer always felt something was missing in the interventions of these Human Resources Consultants – they were like hit-and-run-drivers. They just give the Clients a script filled with recommendations ,and take their fees. She always felt it should be different. And she knew that she would do something to change this approach someday.
In the year 2020, she finally decided to change the narrative by establishing Sofix Consulting - a Human Resources Consulting Firm that would be a partner to clients, work with them in every step of their operations, and solve critical problems for them, so that they can grow sustainably.
